TOWARDS COP31
Türkiye will host COP31 in November 2026. This is a historic opportunity to shape the global climate agenda. SETA is running a comprehensive program to sharpen Türkiye's climate leadership, build regional partnerships, and strengthen the country's voice in international negotiations. The program focuses on international climate finance, technology transfer, loss and damage mechanisms, and just transition, and aims to ensure Türkiye steps into its COP31 presidency as a credible and influential force at both regional and global level.

SIMULATION
An immersive COP31 simulation program designed for university students and young professionals. Participants take on the roles of country delegations, navigating real-world negotiation dynamics and staking out positions on critical issues like climate finance, technology transfer, and loss-and-damage. The program also runs dedicated sessions for decision-makers, helping build the expertise and networks Türkiye needs as it prepares to host COP31 and take on a leading role in international climate diplomacy.



CLIMATE ATLAS OF TÜRKİYE
A definitive reference on climate change in Türkiye, covering public attitudes and expectations, regional risk maps, sector-by-sector impact assessments, and concrete policy recommendations. The interactive atlas brings together granular datasets and visualizations at the provincial and regional level, making complex climate data accessible to researchers, policymakers, and the public alike.
