Brain Drain in Türkiye: Local and Global Dynamics
This study examines the phenomenon of brain drain in Türkiye by utilizing data
from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) and the international Fragile States Index (FSI).
By analyzing the methodological discrepancies between official administrative records and
global risk indices, the research evaluates Türkiye's standing within both regional and
continental frameworks.
