The balance of power and the dynamics on the ground have changed with the start of the Operation Peace Spring and the begin of the constitutional committee marks an important milestone in the Syrian conflict. The constitutional committee is an important step to accelerate the political transition process in Syria and to faciliate peace in the war torned country. Additionally, since the Operation Peace Spring, the realities on the ground are changing and will have their impacts on the future of Syria. This panel organized by SETA about “Stability and Reconstruction in Syria” aims to set light on the future visions of state actors and the Syrian actors.
