Detailed Information

This panel is a follow-up to Insight Turkey’s latest issue on technopolitics, continuing the debate on how emerging technologies are transforming global power structures. Under the theme “Shaping the Future of Technopolitics: Key Actors and Dynamics in the Emerging Technopolar Order,” the discussion will explore critical questions such as the role of AI technologies in intercultural communication and whether they bring opportunities or consequences, the digital geopolitics of U.S.-China competition, and the paradoxes embedded in the global data supply chain for artificial intelligence. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the panel aims to shed light on the actors and dynamics shaping today’s technopolar world.
