This is the public closing program of the Balkan Think Tanks Convention V, organized by the SETA Foundation with the support of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB). Following the opening remarks by SETA General Coordinator Nebi Miş and YTB President Abdullah Eren, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Mr. Mehmet Kemal Bozay will deliver a keynote speech on the place of the Balkans in Turkish foreign policy.

The speeches will be delivered in English and simultaneous Turkish-English interpretation will be provided. We look forward to your participation in the event.
