We are pleased to invite you to a special panel by Rafik Abdessalem Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tunisia and Ahmet Davutoğlu Minister of Foreign Affairs, Turkey.  Mr. Abdessalem and Mr. Davutoğlu will discuss Arab Spring and the relations between Turkey and Tunisia. The panel will be chaired by Taha Özhan, SETA President. The event will be held in English.   * Rafik Abdessalem is a member of  Ennahda. He is currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs within Hamadi Jebali’s coalition government. He has been working as Senior Researcher and Head of the Research and Studies Office at the Al Jazeera Center for Studies. Abdessalem holds a BA in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts of Mohammed V in Rabat, Morocco, as well as a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of Westminster in Great Britain.    Please kindly RSVP to gndemir@setav.org
