Hasan İlkbahar

He completed his undergraduate studies at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Department of International Relations, in 2019. He received his master's degree from Marmara University's Political Science and International Relations program with his thesis titled "Hydro-Hegemony and the Egyptian Foreign Policy: A Comprehensive Study on Egypt's Nile River Strategy" in 2021. Currently, he pursues his doctoral studies on Israel's water policy at Marmara University's Political Science and International Relations program. Besides, he works as a research assistant in the Department of International Relations at Düzce University. His research interests include international relations theories and hydropolitics, transboundary waters in the Middle East, transboundary aquifers, and environmental issues in Islam.
