SETA Academy, guided by the motto “Where knowledge becomes strategy and ideas turn into impact,” aims to train the next generation of policy makers through its in-house traineeship and internship programs. Our unique approach, combining theory with practice, equips participants with critical thinking, ethical responsibility, and effective leadership skills, preparing them to confront complex regional and global challenges and to develop solutions that generate societal value.
Within the program, selected trainees are actively integrated into SETA’s research processes and contribute to reviews, reporting, media monitoring, and events. They take part in regular seminars and discussion groups, gaining the opportunity to strengthen both their academic and analytical capacities.
Students admitted to the program attend exclusive training sessions designed specifically for the Internship Program and delivered by SETA’s expert researchers. Tailored for talented undergraduate junior and senior (3rd and 4th year) and graduate-level students, the program is built on a learning-by-doing framework. Participation in SETA’s panels, seminars, symposiums, and conferences, either in person or online, is mandatory throughout the term. With its holistic training model, SETA Academy offers a learning experience in which knowledge is transformed into action.
