Veysel Kurt completed his BA in Uludag University, International Relations Department in 2006 and received his MA degree from Istanbul University, Social Science Institute in 2009. He is still working on his Ph.D. dissertation on authoritarianism, civil-military relations in the Middle East. He has written articles and commentaries in on political science and international relations.
