Delegation from the Singapore Ministry of Defence Visits SETA Istanbul

SETA Academy Directorate hosted a high-level delegation from the Singapore Ministry of Defence, including Colonel Hong Wenxian, Director of the Future Strategies Unit at the Defence Policy Office; Jessie Lim, Deputy Director of the same unit; and Ann-Margaret Mathew, Chargé d'Affaires of the Singapore Embassy in Ankara. During the meeting, the parties engaged in an in-depth assessment of key aspects of Turkish foreign policy, recent advancements in Türkiye’s defence industry, and emerging regional and global trends shaping international relations. The discussion emphasized the importance of enhancing knowledge exchange, institutional dialogue, and expert-level consultations to foster stronger strategic engagement between Türkiye and Singapore. The visit served as a productive platform for deepening bilateral interaction in the fields of defence and foreign policy.
