İsmail Kavaz graduated from Gazi University, Department of Econometrics in 2009. He received his MSc degree from University of Leicester in 2012. Currently, he is continuing his PhD education at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and working as a research assistant at the same university. He is also research assistant at SETA Foundation.
The analysis examines the National Energy and Mining Policy of Turkey along the lines of security of supply, indigenization, and foreseeable market. It concentrates on the goals and objectives of this policy.
