Büşra Zeynep Özdemir received her Bachelor’s Degree from department of International Relations and European Union in Izmir University of Economics in 2013 and got her Master’s Degree from department of Sustainable Energy in Izmir University of Economics, with thesis named “European Energy Union: A further step ahead or reorganization“ in 2016. She is currently pursuing her PhD in department of International Relations in Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. She works as a research assistant at SETA Foundation since January 2017. Her area of interests are energy security and geopolitics, energy policies.
The analysis examines the National Energy and Mining Policy of Turkey along the lines of security of supply, indigenization, and foreseeable market. It concentrates on the goals and objectives of this policy.
