Bekir S. Gür teaches at Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He received his M.A. degree on instructional systems from Florida State University. He received his PhD. degree on instructional technology from Utah State University. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Open and Sustainable Learning of same university for six months.
