Turkish people and its democracy was targetted by a junta which belongs to an illegally organized terrorist group within the Turkish Armed Forces in the evening of July 15. As the representative of national will and the commander in chief, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister, his Cabinet, all the political parties and security forces hand in hand with the great Turkish people resisted this coup attempt. As an outcome Turkish people defeated the coup attempt. We praise and commemerate the sons and daughters of our nation who laid down their lives on the streets for the sake of protecting the democracy, constitution, pride, honour and glory of our nation and the state. May Allah bless their soul. Let them rest in peace in the Paradise.
Turkey is now about to recover from this uneasy process by the help of its national solidarity. We are certainly going to keep flocking and protecting the streets and city squares against the pro-coup terrorists until the last threat is finally eliminated. Turkey once more showed that it has a powerful and well established democracy which cannot be defeated by these kinds of ventures. All these final developments increrased the level of necessity and ambition of building the more powerful New Turkey.
