The murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi caused an indignance in regional and international politics in terms of the way it was carried out and the effect it produced. While the killing of the world-renowned and esteemed journalist in the consulate general building of his own country stroke all of a heap in the world, the parties of the incident such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the US came to the fore in international discussion. Since the moment the incident took place, Turkey managed to internationalise the issue and generated a considerable pressure both on Saudi Arabia and the US through a strategy of communication and foreign policy.

We kindly invite you to a panel discussion where the details of the incident, reactions of regional and international actors and the likely consequences of the incident for Middle East politics in particular will be analysed.

P.S. The panel discussion will be held in Turkish and Turkish-English simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
