SETA Security Researcher Merve Seren commented on Turkey’s counterterrorism strategy on TRT World. Seren stated that Turkey has been fighting against terrorism from the very beginning. According to Seren, now Turkey is experienced and learned many lessons about the fight against terrorism. Seren also commented stated that none of the countries are whole capable of preventing all of the terrorists’ attacks. But the main issue about fighting against terrorism is how to deal with preventing terrorist attacks. Risk management, risk prevention facilities are also important.
