According to Talha Köse, the coup attempt that Turkey has faced is so complicated with its structure and infrastructure which organized in bureaucracy, legal institutions, civil society, media, universities and education sector. So, taking it as a simple terror threat and putting it into European Human Rights Conventions may hardly deal with this threat.
